Any art? Like, painting, acting, music, what?

Anyway, you could put on a short play, group choreographed dance to music (very cool), spoken poetry while troupe acts. Perhaps have bleachers (stands) on the stage, and paint yourselves to spell out something, like Peace, Love, Faith, etc.

Sounds like loads of fun! Good luck!

adding on to the first answerer, with that many people, you could consider some sort of 'mob' setting. Things that come to mind are a courtroom with jury, and enraged public...
The fans in the bleachers is a nice idea... Perhaps they're watching a football game. That combo would eat up a lot of people.
If you wanted to get really complicated, you could have people walking on and off stage so they are never all there at the same time. Something like a scene in a park or mall?
Good luck.
