Be optimistic. Look at the brighter side of things. Learn from your mistakes and don't redo them. Ask for help from someone you trust... the act won't make you a lesser person. Asking for help takes greater courage than just plainly admitting a fault. Do not go through your usual "routine" when you experience failures like crying, sobbing, drinking, and or feeling really down and helpless. These behaviors tend to condition your brain to feel or do these things almost automatically once you've experience failures. Try to move on as instantly as possible to resolve your failures and not dwell on them. In doing so, results will come and not regrets. And the most powerful way of conquering failures and mistakes in life... is to ask for guidance from Above and from someone accountable to you. Giving up and admitting failure without resolve are for the losers... it's standing up that makes one brave and honorable.

Focus on one part of your life.
Make that one part of your life better... even if you fail a lot of times.
Did you know that the Hershey chocolate company was founded by a failure? Yes, the man who founded Hershey had TWO failed candy companies before he founded Hershey.
So focus on one area and really concentrate on it.
Eventually, when you have progress in that area, then you can move on to other things. You'll gain confidence with your previous success.

Realize that it is what makes you stronger and learn from it. All our "failures" in life makes us who we are. Look at it as another opportunity to try something again not as a failure.
Never regret something you did as best you could and failed.
Regret the things you never did at all.
Best of Luck to you.

Hello,
Do not despair. Life is like a flowing river. When we go with the flow, all things meant to be are realized.
Sometimes we try and swim against the stream and when life is directing us toward this and that, we are swimming up stream looking for something not meant to be and we are missing opportunities right and left.
In summary, you are walking outside carrying a fork, and it is raining pea soup. Perhaps it is time for you to consider carrying a spoon in your life instead of a fork.
Excellent question,
Darryl S.

If you helped other people, for example, by writing letters for Amnesty International to help prisoners of conscience, or gave 2 hours a fortnight to Meals on Wheels or many of the other worthwhile causes or charities that need people like you, it would be something you are bound to succeed in, and would help give you much needed confidence, and reduce your frustration.

your supposed to be able to learn from what you failed at.. i feel the same way sometimes.. trying hard and failing is a feeling we've all felt.. you can dwell on the failures for the rest of your life or you can make the decision to go on and get over it... you will never not fail.. they come and go.. what doesnt kill you will only make you more prepared for what comes next...
