There is little known about how he looked. You can take what you know.
Cain was a farmer (Gen 4:2) so he was probably dark from working in the sun. He was probably very physically strong - you know they didn't have machines that helped.
We know when he was sent away, he had a mark so that no one would kill him (Gen 4:15)
The rest is imagination. The rest is conjecture. I do not believe Cain was dark skinned, red haired and blue eyed. Being red haired and blue eyed, your looking at skin like a cooked lobster.

Cain was Ruddy Complected. Get a Strong's Concordance, and look up Adam and do cross referencing, and you will find what you want to. The Strong's takes EVERY WORD of the Bible BACK to the original Languages and gives you the meaning of them.
Adam is in the Original Language pronounced==
Ah-a-Dom--(small "O" sound). Adam is the First Man through which Christ would come. NOT the first man on earth. Man was Created on the Sixth Day, God rested the Seventh, THEN GOD Created the Garden of Eden, and Created ADAM there along with EVE. (NOT A RIB, but Adams DNA) Adam being the 1st man which Christ would come, and Christ was the LAST MAN, God Personified). It would take more time then this to explain this to you, BUT with a Strong's to help you, you will be able to answer your question. IF you need and want more help please email me and I will be happy to do so.

I think the "red haired, blue eyed" person may have been Esau. Esau had red hair. His name means "hairy" in Hebrew. There is no physical description of Cain except for the fact that he received a mark on his forehead as a safeguard for him not to be harmed. (He probably had a "mark" on his head much like the one Gorbachev has.)

You can correct me if im wrong, but wasn't cain and abel the sons of adam and eve? If cain kills abel, how does the rest of the world become populated? If that is true, how did asians end up looking as they do, africans as they do, europeans as they do? I would start with that, maybe that will help you focus on accuracy.
