exercise! seriously. for whatever reason, nature amde us use-it-or-lose-it, instead of save-it-or-lose-it (did that make sense? lol). getting exercise will definitely give you more zip.

water.
rest = power naps 10 minutes
8 hours sleep...and if you are up...lounge for the remaining time till you hit 8 hours.

proper food intake
LESS cooking more nutrients
do down time things when NAPS are not feasible. listen to trees in the wind...close your eyes and breadthe deeply and slowly.

you might just have a lot of emotional stress. MIND over matter babe. mind over matter.

YOU MIGHT be the top athelete of the world...but when people die or when people are stressed??? you will get fatigued. WHY to student always get sick after finals??? they stress and stay up all night long.

WATER flushes out toxins and replenishes muscles and veins etc.

rest restores energy and allows body to digest thoughts and nutrients.

otherwise.....i would say that if not food and exerices..MAYBE some lifestyle surgery needs to be done. OUT with the bad.

donate clutter. rid of bad relationships. read a good book and talk to old friends on phone or email them. walk into stores of mall and wonder around and pick out things you'd buy when YOU WIN the lotto. do fun things to relax your mind and body. YOU CAN be in shape......but your mind will stop anything else from getting better if your mind ain't healthy with healthy thoughts, healthy people, healthy thinking, environment etc etc etc.

Make sure you are getting protein. Also do you take any vitamins? Asafa Powell the fastest man in the world didn't break his record until he started taking a multi called Double X -- before that he did not have the energy to train as has. I suggest Double X as a multi because it has a lot of phytonutrients (which most brands off the store shelf do not). You can get it from www.jewel.mychoices.biz

A handful of mixed raw nuts everyday will give you long term energy. Keep away from high protien and carbs, low GI foods will give you alot of long term energy through the day and it wont ruin your kidneys and liver or add fat to your hips. After you exercise eat straight away, a small tin of tuna and a tub of yoghurt will do the trick.
Cheers :o)

Is good that you've changed you're way to eat, BUT you must still eat some meat, i'm not sayng that you should eat a lot of it but if you don't eat at all, you're health will go bad. After eating, you should not sit in bed, you will start to get a little fat. Try doing exercises, it will "wake you up", i'm sayng to do exercises like, jump in yore hands, run and jump on the wall, try and "walk" on the wall. Exercises like these, will stimulete you( i don't now if it stimulates the oders but it stimulates me)

you need protien for fuel. Meat contains protien. If you are looking or a quick fix. an energy drink will boost you such as red bull, diet rockstar, rock star, tab..... read the label first. not just ingredients.
