I had a cousine with that same problem. She had a small operation at the hospital, took about 30 minutes, she has cut her hair short now, and is the happiest peson in town. As weird as you might think the ear looks now, it's going to look even more weird if you fool around with it and change it. Just leave it alone and don't think about it. You'll be fine.
