My boy friend's phone?

Question

I and my boy friend have been together for more than 6 months now. When i am with him, i never doubt that he is cheating on me or he is still having unfinished business with his ex. When you stepped into his house or out and arnd on the street, I can tell that i am the only girl he is with. We are happy together. However, one thing about him that i dont understand is: when he is with me, he would turn off his phone most of the time. When i call him, occassionally his phone would be turned off. For example, he said tonite he would be at home and doing nothing, but when i call him at 10.45pm, his phone was off and the voice msg was on. I am so confused. What does it mean? Is he cheating on me? if he doesnt want to be interrupted..but from what??

Please share with me ur opinion. how do u look at it?

He doesnt live with his family. But since we are together, he never mentions if he wants to intro me to his family. I stay over his house on friday nite and the weekend and hang out with him sometimes during the week. But he is only happy for me to leave my toothbrush and my facial wash and moisturiser at his place but not my shower cap or clothes, etc. Why is that? This little things bother me but i always make myself understand him..it does bother me sometimes when i think about it!

ok well if he turns it off when you two are out together, that to me is respect, he dont want your date to be interrupted. if its off at 10:45pm then could be possible he is ALSEEP and doesnt want to be bothered. give him some space and breathing room or he'll be screaming NEXT!

I can only speak for me.. If I am out with my man, I certaonly don't won't him answering his phone to talk to people. it is our time together. Maybe yours feels the same way and when he is watching a movie he doesn't want to stop an answer the phone, however if you are seeing someone on a regular bases then they should be available to you at all hours. So if he is home and doing nothing but not answering your calls then there could be something up, but you need to ask him. Maybe he just needs some space and doesn't want to tell you.. "hey, I will be home tonight but how about not trying to call me, I need to spend some time alone".

your just insecure, most ppl dont have their lives revolve around there phone, some ppl do turn theres off 2 save batteries and not be interupted from ppl messaging them at weird times in the night. if ur really concerened about it ask him y he turns off his phone, i would imagine if u have been with him for 6 months u can talk about each others phones. so dont be scared just slip it in a conversation something along the lines of i tryed calling u last night and ur phone was turned off, and he'd say blah blah blah and then u ask y dont u leave ur phone on and hed tell u. if u want some sighns that he is cheating. they are

1. if his sex drive changes
2. learns new tricks in bedroom
3. goes out more often then he usuallly does and makes up a crap excuse.
4. he goes all out to get u gifts cauz he feels guilty

im not trying 2 sound harsh tho, but u really should ask him.

maybe you should look inward for your answer....you seem to have cheating on your mind and your paranoia comes directly from that...you project your own guilt and you broadcast it quite loudly...its an old game and you dont play well at all...i bet that most people here would agree...love him or let him go...

it sounds suspect.. i had a similar situation with my last relationship... turned out she had gotten back with her ex.. but your situation could be different.. he could just be needing some space.. but you never know for sure..
