GREAT QUESTION MAN!
The US is a power crazy nation.Headed by 'the devil' as Mr.Hugo Chavez has truly stated the US consider themselves one above the rest.To solidify their domination in the world they even carried out the defragmentation of the USSR.Today, they are the big bullies of the playground.Pakistan, another country led by a senseless General is a staunch supporter of the US.As,they say Birds of same feather flock together,in the same way Pakistan and the US are the best of allies.
And when it comes to the terrorism point of view.It is a huge ploy to distract the world from the US's quest of World Domination. In my opinion Osama is hiding in the White House and Mr.Mush is playing the perfect host to the rest of his aides

In a word? Realpolitk.
The US has its hands full in Iraq, Afghanistan, and South Korea right now, and doesn't have the troops to spare without removing them from one of the above.
In addition, Pakistan is - at least nominally - an ally of the US. While an attack on Pakistani soil carries nearly no risk of nuclear confrontation (Pakistan not being a suicidal nation), it does carry significant risk of alienating the Pakistani government, who would likely then withdraw their troops from combat along the Afghan-Pakistan border - a move that will cause many more headaches and deaths for the US than the training camps currently in Pakistan are doing.

Well, the U.S. preferred to keep a blind eye about it. It is also no secret that the Saudis are contributing to the sectarian conflict in Iraq by covertly supplying weapons to the Sunni insurgents. But the U.S. doesn't do anything to implicate the Saudis. All the U.S. does is to shift the blame on Iran.
So, no wonder that the U.S. will also do nothing on Pakistan, in spite of the fact that the Pakistani intelligence (ISI) had close ties with the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
The U.S. is aware that some of its own allies are clearly sponsoring terrorism but prefer to keep quiet about it.

because pakistan is a important ally of the united states precisly because it is a breeding ground for terrorism.if the united states bomb camp in pakistan it could destablise the rule of mushareff leeding to the fall of his government and the rise of at best a uncooperative government and at worse a islamic fundamentalist terrorist friendly government. so unless us is prepared to occupie pakistan to prevent that happening then bombing the camp without pakistan permission is just to big a risk to take.
i realise this must be hard for a guy like you who probaly has a very linear approach to problem like this, but some time not attacking is the right approach in war

Because Pakistan is a country with WMDs. Beside that, it is allied with U.S....It trains and sends Taliban to Afganistan to kill U.S and NATO soldiers....(heared of the explosion by Talibans when U.S vice president made a visit to Afghanistan?)
U.S could use Pakistan's airbases against China in times to come. That is another possibility why U.S wants to keep Pakistan friendly.

Because there are no such camps there. But, occasionally they do destroy innocent children, women, civilians.. as long range targets of their weaponry. in the borders of Pakistan near Afghanistan. This is what is reported in media. I am no witness.

This country is under the grip of clerics and fanatics. Nobody can manage this nation. Musharraf is a great leader but in a wrong place. Unfortunately, ordinary citizens are suffering and live under fear and fire.

Because then Musharaff would fall and we would have a war with a nuclear country. Besides "terror" and fear is what the administration needs to achieve their aims. Do you remember the RED threat? If fear did not exist we would need to invent it.
