Have you had your eyes tested recently?, if not this should be the first thing you should do to rule out this being the cause of your headaches. Many people suffer headaches for years due to poor eyesight,
If you eye sight is ok then these are most probably tension headaches, try relaxing and getting someone to give your shoulders a massage, and try to improve your posture, especially if you sit at a computer a lot.

There are a lot of different causes of headaches, what you have described sounds somewhat like a migraine but, do you have any other signs/symptoms ( sensitivity to lights and sounds, tearing of the eyes, family history of headaches, is it throbbing or heaviness, how long does it last each time?).
The other possibilities are 'cluster headache', Tension headache, vision problems, sinusitis (do you have fever or tenderness of the facial bones?) etc and the worst case scenario Temporal arteries, hypertension causing brain aneurysms, meningitis.
Go see an MD, you need to give more detailed history.......let's just hope all you need are a pair of glasses or that its caused by tension. GL

Sounds like sinusitis for sure and you could have a sinus infection (hurts like hell)
We are changing weather which is a big cause it also my be from allergies mixed in there also.
Not a migraine I suffer from them and there is a huge difference from a bad headache and migraine
talk to the pharmacist ask for something over the counter for sinus many many things to chose from
Or go to your Dr. since you may have an infection......which you can tell if you blow your nose if it isn't clear its yellow or green

I agree with the sinusitis answer but you may also want to go to an optician and get your sight checked as you may be straining them. This would give you a headache.

Any number of possible causes, spending too long on the computer, stress, but sugest that you see an optician for a sight check.

Sounds like it could be a sinus problem. Try taking a decongestant and see if that helps you, if not you should see a doctor. Take care.

have you been spending a lot of time in front of the computer? keep some more distance...consult an eye specialist, you might be needing glasses.

it could be your sinuses. If you have had sinus infections lately that is probably it. IF not I would see your eye doctor to make sure it is not something more serious
