Wjats the quickest way to grow your hair, i had long hair and i got it cut to the bottom of my neck cos i thought it would be a change but i dont like it and want my long hair back and quick any ideas!

opposed to the general perception, there are ways to help ur hair grow faster. some general care and nourishment can help considerably.
while shampooing, bend ur head and massage ur scalp really well using ur fingertips. this improves circulation.use a mild shampoo.
donot wash hair without oiling them. olive oil and wheatgerm oil help hair growth. oil overnight and shampoo in the morning.
abstain from using too many chemicals (such as hair coluors & sprays ) for sometime.

PS: u could even try vitamin E and zinc suppliments for healtheir growth. but check with the chemist or a doctor before u do.

There is no quickest way to make your hair grow, our hair grow 3/4 of an inch in a month if your hair is healthy. So the best thing for you to do is keep it healthy right now.

eat a lot of omg rich foods as this helps hair an nails more healthy an stronger so will help your hair grow much quicker also take a capsule a day an some good vitamins in the time being do your hair different ways to take away bored dumb or try hair extensions .. happy growing should not take to long..

no you will just have to wait and let it grow in its own time ,been growing mine for months and it still only grown about 2 inches
