please do not give me links to websites that show u how to boot in safe mode, and ive been to them all.
i need to know whats rong with my comp.
i press f8 then iit choose an os and press enter then i press enter then it does do anything, it says at the bottom of the screen press f8 for advanced options, so i do, and then nothing hapens,
so what going on, how broken is this computer.

I had an analogous difficulty get rid of the hardrive and positioned it in an exterior hardrive case plug it in to a distinctive laptop and backup ur data after which reformat your computer and reproduction each and every thing back on

Try to boot ur computer in 'Last known good configuration mode'.
by pressing f8 may be ur problem will solve. Best of luck

Oh dear,this sounds like a really poorly sick computer. But never despair, this will sound stupid but disconnect the mains power for a minute and then try again. Dont just switch off, actually disconnect the power.
