for me the best way to lose kilos is to start counting what i eat in calories, at first it can be difficult, but then it comes as fun.
Of course your strong will to count it, to follow it won't wait long for the result. As far as i know in one month people lose like 4-6 kg in average, i lost 4!
You can eat whatever you want, just count how much in it calories, per day to lose weight you need to eat not less then 750kkal, no more then 970kkal.
It really works for me, i lost almost 10 kg year ago, and still hold that result, sometimes i might get extra 1 or 2 kg, but then i go back to counting for a week or less, and i'm back to normal.
If you decide that, don't forget to take polyvitamins everyday!
good luck

Don't worry, 25 weeks is enough time.
I think that exercise is the key. A lot of people try to diet but give up when the process is slow.
Here's what you do:
1. Choose a diet you can live with - the Atkins diet works, but only if you like meat and don't mind being constipated and having bad breath! I would recommend eating lots of fruit, fish and white meat (if you're not veggie of course) Add any vegetables you like including boiled or jacket potatoes. Try to cut out too much bread (especially white bread) cakes, pastries and fried food.
2. Try to do a minimum of 30 minytes exercise three times a week. If possible, it will really boost your weight loss (and fitness and energy!!) if you can build up to 30 minutes three times a day. Bear in mind that exercise can include things like hoovering the house or making love!! Dancing is brilliant, and it really helps to exercise to your favourite upbeat music.
3. Ask for LOTS of support from friends and family. Avoid people who are negative. It helps to have a friend who is also dieting. Or join Weight Watchers or Ediets (type into Google) It helps your self-esteem to have support and positive feedback (pun on food not intended!!)
4. Keep rewarding yourself, not with food, but with praise, and say an affirmation ten times twice a day "IEvery day I am becoming slimmer and fitter!!"
Wishing you good luck! Let me know how it goes!

It's easy! All you got to do is simply drink more glasses of water everyday. Get rid of carbonated drinks, juices, sweets, chocolates, fatty, salty and spicy food. Simply eat fruits and vegetables at night. Try it coz I lose weight from 72 kilos to 62 kilos for 3 months and I am only maintaining my weight up to 65 kilos nowadays.
Good Luck and Best Wishes to your wedding. May your genes multiply.

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! You can get info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or online at http://getanewbod.com

simply cut out butter cheese and anything else with lots of fat, no sugar, alcohol and extra snacks you may indulge in during the day or night. Make yourself an eating plan weekly make it healthy small serves have balance/ variety and stick to it . You will find lots of changes just with a different eating plan. Next get active!! To metabolise the fat you need to do strength training to gain muscle mass and lots and lots of cardio, keep it interesting eg. ride a bike, run, skip , walk , swim. Good Luck !!

Go to: http://choosediet.blogspot.com/ and select one you like. Exercise daily (start off slowly, say 10 - 15 mins walking) 30 - 60 mins. Drink 8 x 250ml glasses of water/day. Several small meals are better than one or two large ones. Snack on celery sticks (any quantity), with the occasional carrot stick.
