Birthday is in Latin "Natalis" (or "Anniversarium")

Birthday meaning the day you are born is "Natalis" and birthday meaning the day you celebrate you were born (like when you turn one year older) is "Aniversaris".
But if you mean latin like in "Latin America" you really mean Spanish, because Latin is a dead language that is no longer in use. so just in case, birthday in Spanish is "cumpleanos".

and happy birthday is "Feliz cumpleanos".
