You need to change your lifestyle - RIGHT NOW.
1- Go see a counsellor. Make an appointment today
2- Take yourself out of the situation. Imagine you are in a foriegn land with none of your known people there, but there are lots of friendly and happy people, what would you do ? You would obviously go meet new people. So what i am trying to say is, just go join new activities so that you get to meet new people.
3- Do voluntary service. Go join a group that helps kids or old people in hospital
4 - Join a new sport
try
5 - Adding things to your wardrobe
6- Or a hobby
7- Get a pet
8- Try to answer other people's questions on Yahoo answer.
Basically, try something new and meet new faces and people. Remember, angles are always watching over you. They want you to be happy. That is why they are guiding you to talk your problems out. You will get it solved dont worry, it might take time. It is a hard learning, but once you are thru this, you will feel more beautiful and confident than ever.
Good luck and tons of healing love your way.

I am sorry people dont understand
Depression is real and sometimes makes you feel isolated from family and friends because they dont understand what you are going through. Contact your doctor if you can, or join a support group, there is groups on the net for people dealing with depression. Depression is full of highs and lows, for a few days you might feel fine then it hits you again. Dont feel under pressure about your weight everyone is different.
Real beauty is not determined by your size, just enjoy your life.
Just be you............

Have you seen a doctor about it, to find out whether it is clinical depression, which may require medication for some time. Also, medication can take a while to work, so view: http://www.relax7.com/7.php and the blogs of Shan Eris on "tackling depression ar www.myspace.com and choose one of the techniques, and practice it for a minimum of 20 mins./day. See: http://choosediet.blogspot.com/ and select one. Snack on as many celery sticks (and the occasional carrotstick) as you like, drinking at least 8 x 250 ml glasses of water/day. Several small meals are preferable to 1 - 3 larger ones. Also view: www.depression.com/- and http://www.beattheblues.info/?

Listen dear friend,
Firstly stop assuming that everyone will understand you.
Remember that prayer....O Master grant that I may never seek .. so much to be consoled as to console..to be understood as to understand.
Secondly, start believing you are the best..size 0 is not all that matters ,you know. You have 10,000 unique things your peers don't have . Be proud of them.
List all your positive points and qualities on a paper and keep it close to you all day....keep reading it when you feel low..believe me, tihgs will work out just fine. You will be proud when they do about just having survived...
All the best and believe you can do it!!!!

You are very young aren't you? Its called puberty sweetie and itsa *****. You may think that your parents dont understand you have you tried to actually sit down and talk with them. Counseling may help--a school counselor, a pastor, a trusted adult. Kids your own age can't support you bcuz they r kids themselves. I was never popular in school but it was because I have severe arthritis, walk with a limp, have crooked fingers-but my face is pretty, but I'm overweight. So things could be worse but that dos not lighten the load YOU are carrying. email pammichristine@yahoo.com if you would like to talk more.
