"Don't even go there" is a translation.
It might mean "don't come off the starting line". As in don't even try to come off being mad"." We've just started this discusion, do not start it being mad"

Well if someone were to say, 'dont' even try to come off like you're better than me'
it means don't even try to look like you're better than me
or don't even try to come off innocent
it means don't try to look innocent.
don't even try to come off basically means don't try to make yourself look this way when we know it's not true.
