You would have to research the internet to see what is available. If you are able to find any courses that would result in a diploma or a certificate, chances are the tuition would be very expensive. You would be better off taking courses in a classroom - either through some sort of adult education extension program, or a regular college course.

You would need "hands - on" for this type of study. It would be difficult indeed to study interior design/decorating without having someone actually evaluate your work.
