The car can not be reapired. The money from the insurance are not enough to buy another one, the car was in verry good condition. oh....and I live in U.A.E. - Dubai, I am European and the guy who did it is an arab..... with friends, so I can not take him to court. Thanks!

If insurance works the same way there as in the US, then you got paid the actual cash value of the vehicle. That is all you will get. If you feel that it is not enough, go on websites that estimate values of vehicles (I don't know what they are there), look in the newspaper & get ads for cars of the same year, make, model, mileage & condition, go to used car dealers & find out what cars like yours are selling for. If you find that the payout was low in comparison, take your proof to the insurance company & see if they will give you more. Good luck.
