the best thing you can do is eat a well balanced nutritional diet. dont ban foods, just limit. you can eat whatever you want, within reason.

remember, 5 pieces of fruit and veg a day. get a fruit smoothie, and thats 2 or more daily portions and you didnt even have to think about it! at least 8 glasses of liquid a day. and yes, u will need to pee a lot more, its normal so dont freak out.

try not to eat so many processed foods like white bread, white pasta, etc. and start eating more wholemeal things. lean meat such as chicken. maybe try lemon grilled chicken with a greek salad, its nice and healthy, but filling and doesnt taste disgusting.

also dont forget to exercise. start off with 20 minutes of aerobic exercise 3 times a week, and build it up from there. once you have a core aerobic fitness, add in some light weights for tone and definition (as well as the fact that weight lifting burns calories) and you are on the road to being healthy..

just dont overdo it. no1 likes a sack of bones and you always look so much healthy and sexier with a bit of meat on you!
