Rude an Pushy Christians ( as another here wrote) I can agree and I have been one of them...I have learned since then that being a Christian has nothing to do with "others"...it's what's in your own heart...your own soul...I no longer judge a "Faith" by the multitude...I try to concern myself with my own beliefs based on what God has shown me, personally...there are rude and pushy believers no matter what the faith....God is not rude and pushy...he gives us a free choice...we either accept Him or we don't...but, oh, the glory of accepting...it's a beautiful relationship...not always easy, but always sure-footed with a firm foundation.....

Yes, I am a Christian. I stand up for my Lord and if so be I would not think twice about dying for him. I love my Lord above all else, with every fiber of my being. There are no words known to man that can descibe how I love my Lord. If not for God, I would not have lived long enough to know my grandchildren, to watch my youngest son be Blessed with the Holy Spirit, or be an example to everyone I meet. I live in His Word, I rejoice in His love. Yes, I am a child of God and thankful and proud to be!!! Praise Jesus!!!

I am a Christian and would not only stand up for God, but would die for Him. The sacrifice of salvation has been done through His son. We only have to believe in Him. We have a choice to do so or not, and let the chips fall where they may.

Say, do you come from the fire and brimstone sect of Christianity? I believe in a god, not necessarily an all seeing all powerful person, but as a force. As for your comments they are so first testament! Lighten up!

I'm not a Christian so, no, I won't (but I'll cleverly stay seated). I'm not entirely sure what not believing and jealousy have to do with each other...

Salvation is not based upon our love for God but upon his love for us. First John says "...herein is love NOT that we love God but that he loves us. If you try to love God you will fail because it is only when you rest in his love for you that you can find true salvation and security in him. By trying to love God and to stand up for him you are trying to live your Christianity by works and not by faith. Jesus said if you really love him that you will love one another. I suggest that you start there.
