use caps when you ask a question? that's what yahoo just told me....WHY?

Because they are hard to read. But I don't understand why it isn't that annoying when you read comics. But on the internet it's annoying because it's like screaming on the internet. I hope this answer will be the best one yet.

did someone complain? well, it seems i get a violation no matter how much i try. it seems you better just answer yes or no and don't tell anyone what you think of their question no matter how silly or moronic it is.
caps or no caps don't bother me but to some people they get mad and they say it hurts their eyes..or your shouting? goofy but Yahoo! just seems to go along with these complainers up..political correctness? just not common sense it what I think

When a person uses Capital Letters LIKE THIS, it means that they are angry or shouting. It started off in chat rooms and forums, now it is a generally accepted online rule.

It calls up too much unnecessary attention, and it's quite annoying.

you can use caps ,just not all caps
