I used windows 2003 Server for Small Business, i cannot boot normally, i can boot only from safemode. I think that this problem is make by i installed WinSpyware2007Free.

It appears that you have answered your own question. Let the computer start in safe mode and then use control panel and Add/Remove programs to get rid of WinSpyware. With a bit of luck it will boot normally then and you can download Spybot Search and Destroy from www.download.com install that,do the updates, immunize and finally do a Check for problems to get rid of the last traces of that program

I'll help u. Restart ur PC, and keep pressing the F8 button till you get a screen in which the various modes in which to login will be given. Select the 'Start Windows Normally' button. Otherwise, try uninstalling ur latest few programs, they may be corrupted. Also test your PC for any virus/spyware. Ur PC may be starting only in safe mode as a protective measure.

Do you get any message when you boot normally? any sound? tell us if any, then we may know whats the real problem.

with ya foot lol only joking sounds like you fried your mother board which means it wont boot properly and means a new computer im affraid
