Not a leatherbound one but Paperchase often have retro themed recipe folders which are cool! I use general hard backed paper books for my clippings etc

Go here: http://oddmountain.com/. These books are beautiful and are handbound the old-fashioned way. You can either order a blank book OR you can send your recipes and have them actually printed into book form.

Have you looked at "Master Cook" the best bit of software I have ever seen. I am in the process of putting all my cookbooks into that program so I can take them with me on the Laptop. I don't 'do' cookbooks any longer.
