1) Adjust your diet. Your rice habbit is not the only thing keeping your belly big! Thin people (with flat stomachs) or ususally that way because they were born to be thin. They have good genes for a high metabolism. People who were not born to be thin have to go through a lot of sacrafice to make their body do things it was not designed to do. That means a very health, low fat, low calorie diet. No sweets, and no or very little empty calories (like pasta or rice). White rice is completely worthless if you don't live in a developing country and need the calories to get by. Eliminate your rice habit completely, or switch to brown rice. I grew-up eating white rice and forced myself to switch to small amounts of brown. I lost a lot of weight that way. Eliminating sweet drinks (non-diet soda and even juice) also made a huge difference.
2) More cardio. The dancing may be good enough to get you to where you are, but it is still a relatively low-impact aerobic exercise. Switch to jogging, cycling or swimming laps. The dancing is not getting your heart rate high enough.
Congrats on losing the 18 pounds!

Get good eating habits. Not so much a diet, even less a hard diet. Just plain good eating habits; reduce or avoid alcohol white flour products like pastry and such, white rice, and other fatty or sugary foods. No need to be 100% strict, a once in a while ingestion of the "avoidable" products is alright to make life more enjoyable and happier. A combination of cardio (to speed up metabolism) and muscle tonning exercises to increase fat burning (muscles are the one that burn fat) is in order. Do cardio twice a week for 30 minutes. Whatever you enjoy is alright. Do some muscle toning also twice a week. Work you abs, lower back, arms, shouldes, chest and upper back. This is the most efective way to lose weight, burn fat, and be fit and healthy. And, it does not take more than 2 hours per week! Hope this helps-

Try Pilates or Cardio. Spot training isn't good. Keep working your entire body so it will get a full affect. Also, u may want to check ur food intake. U can't spot trianing but u can target main areas. Watch what u get. Some foods may go directly where u don't want them too. Just because u exercise all the time doesn't mean u can eat what u want. It doesn't even out that way, unfortunately. U have to get certain foods that will work wit u wit ur stomache not against u.
