Okay a female coworker of mine and I getting along very well usually. However, when I don't pay much attention to her she never agrees with me, doesn't laugh at anything I do, and is distant. But if I pay attention to her she is much the opposite. The difference is night and day. When I say I don't pay much attention to her I don't mean I flat out ignore her, i'm just not in a talkative mood. I'll say a few things to her, just not kiss her butt or make her feel like the only in the room. When I am a little distant she just flat out shuts me off and will totally disagree with everything I do,but if I do the same exact thing on a day that we talk alot, she thinks it's the funniest thing in the world. What's up with her?

Maybe shes just being immature about it. And maybe she just wants attention attention attention all to her.....
Have you tried talking to her about it?
Maybe you should..it might turned out okay or not..atleast she knows that shes acting like a child that if she doesnt get her attention she gives you trantrum..

I think she may like you. Sounds how I felt when the guy l liked payed attention to me and when he didn't it would upset me. I mean, if she didn't care that much about you it wouldn't matter to her a whole lot. Or she's overly sensitive.
