Here's the situation my best friend and i got back from a concert about 8 week ago we had a great time right i drop her of at home i told her i would call her the next day, i pick up my cousin and we grab some drinks and we are driving around and he called her to have a few with us, but when he called her i didn't know he was talking to her right; she had said she was bored i said only boring people get bored, and he told her i said that i thought he was talking to his friend, in fact he was talking to my best friend, we get to her place she didn't look at me or talk to me at all, i know i should have apologized as soon as possible but didn't think that this would happen, i try and call her and she will not return my calls i don't know what to do, what should i say to her in the message when i call it's been 8 weeks, so sad need some HELP?

she didnt look at you, coz she got a thing for your mate, dont have to be a rocket scientist to figure that one.

Your question nor your avitar tell us if you are a boy or girl. I'm going to assume you are a male since this is the dating forum. I guess the advice works either way. All you can do is call and appologize from the heart. If the appology is not accepted, there's not much else you can do. Tell her your available to be her friend if she changes her mind. Put the ball in her court then let it go. It's out of your hands at that point. The fact that you've gone without attempting to repair the relationship for 8 weeks seems to show that the relationship is not all that important to you. I'm sure that hasn't helped matters at all.
Also, your friend should tell you that you hurt her. Retreating is not the healthiest way to deal with this problem. If this is a romantic relationship, you might want to consider buying a book on conflict resolution and read through it together.

Yes telling her you think she is boring is an insult that could change the way she feels about you. You could try to leave a message that YOU are so sad and bored without her. Maybe a so sorry would help as well.

Write a mail to her explaining the situation and say sorry for that mistake. Or go directly meet her and ask her to give sometime to talk. She may melt. Then take her a nice place. Explain all the stuff and apologise. If mailing, meeting are not possible... then text message her ... briefly saying... 'Pls give me some time I will let you know what happend'. Or try somewords like this.

she's very moody. did your friend say that you said that she was boring or that you said that only boring people get bored. it was only joke right? has she no sense of humor. just write letter or something explaining what happened if she's not answering your calls. she's overreacting way too much.

you have hurt her feelings by saying that even you dnt intend to do in the first place, try to talk to her and make her believe that you didnt mean that. Just be sincere when you aplogize.
