AS most of the shop price incurs you paying tax to the Government
then yes.As a smoker I've paid enough tax on my habit as it is and continue to do so whilst resenting the hypocrisy of the State being happy enough to,fleece myself and other smokers whilst seeking to virtually criminalize/outlaw the habit at the same time.

Smoking goes hand-in-hand with treating myself. A little 'me' time. I like the ritual of going to the shop, paying money for this little something that I can enjoy, opening the packet, looking at the shiny foil etc... if it's cheap, you're not going to enjoy it so much... or at least, I wouldnt!

Only if it was from someone I knew and trusted. Years ago I had a co-worker who would go to the Indian reservation and buy her cigs. Every once in awhile she would get a carton for me. Saved a lot of money that way.

as long as they're still sealed I would. the amount that the states charge for taxes are silly. I always buy them when I'm in the Caribbean during the summer because it is so much cheaper.

I mean if it is a good friend or something like that but not a stranger. Unless I inspected the box way good to make sure it didn't look like it had any pin holes in it.

sure i buy indian smokes. lots of people do . i do find that they mess up my lungs more then store ones but there so much cheaper.
