Usually a baby is considered full term any where from 38 to 42 weeks.
The pain is different for every one some people say they feel like menstrual cramps when they first start others have back labor where their back hurts, I had both back and stomach.
You don't bend over in pain it just feels crampy at first then as time goes on the pains get harder and closer together.
how long it will take and how painful it will be will depend on how active you were during your pregnancy. Just remember to relax becoming tense makes it hurt worse. You won't remember the pain once it is over.

I think it is slightly different for eveyone. I remember the night before my daughter was born. I was having contractions that I put down to Braxton Hicks. They were there every half an hour or so for about 2 and a half hours. I was so uncomfortable and couldn't sleep. Finally went to sleep at 2am. Awoke at 2:45am with a contraction (I just knew - unsure how - the pain was so intense and continued to increase). Went to the toilet and there was a little bit of a 'show'.
Contractions then started coming every ten to fifteen minutes. If bub is in the normal position they are felt in the front. If bub is posterior (sp?) in the back. By seven they were every couple of minutes (not very long ones though). Then at 1:14pm my daughter was born. Can't explain the pain - hurt like hell!!
But definitely the most rewarding experience. You forget the pain - just like everyone tells you. I can't wait for another bub - mind you thought of labour will freak me out. But millions of women have babies every day and go back. It is so exciting when it is your first.
Delivery date - anyone's guess!!
Good luck and enjoy your precious bundle when he/she arrives!!!

I don't know for shore but the way all doctors do it and book say, u should give birth at 19 march. I have a good book that say how to find a day when u give birth. But i think if u do your ultrasound all the time your doctor should tell u when and the day of birth. They now by the weight and size of the baby, they can tell u, ask them.
Sorry i don't really now about pain of labor and how it starts, but i still think that u shouldn't worry about it, it's not good for the baby. Just be come and ask your doctor when to expect that, I'm shore they gonna tell u anyway. U got 3 weeks to go... relax yourself. I'm worry little bit about that to, but I'm only 4.5 month.
