my ex ended it with me stared seeing someone else, however now where trying to rekindle what we had, he's trying so hard to prove its me that he wants and he made a big mistake, emailing and txting everyday, sent me flowers to work, takes me out, he even called this girl and ended it infront of me (not horribly but just so i know he had definatly done it) saying he wanted to retry things with me. however im just so scared he's lyin to me, i know there is going to be lack of trust and hes been really good about it but how long till you started to trust again??

Looks like this guy is crazy for you and is doing everything he can to prove it that he is not lying and you are not being wrong by being scared because any other girl would feel the same way. Do you want to give him a second chance? What made you like him in the first place and why did he dump you for this other girl. Look at the pro's and con's of getting back together it might help you decide whether he is lying or not. Good luck with everything! Situation like this is as you said if you do get back together he'll have to understand that he'll have to regain your trust and it will take time and not grow over night.

To be honest, I would be very sceptical. If he needs this whole drama to figure out its you he wants I think he is very immature and has issues with commitment. I am also a strong believer of that if it happened once it can/will happen again. A truly good relationship is based on trust- if you dont have it, forget it! Plus, I would not want to spend my life with someone if there is so much bagage between us...your choice but I would be super carefull before jumping in there head over heals. Keep it casual and check it out from a bit of a distance...watch the situation. He is very eager now but at some stage he will slow down his attention, then see what is really left of your feelings for him. Good luck.

the same thing has just happened to me, by x bf who cheated on me with this toher girl who he eneded up dating for a year called to to say sorry and that he made a mistake its me he wants, iv decided to forgive him and giving it one more try, but thats it, just one more try, i found it hard to trust him as we are having a long way relationship, iv just decided to not get as atttached just incase it dosn't work, the sad thing is im falling for him again, and i do love him, it depends how much you can take, if you trust him then give it a try, we all deserve a second chance, i think he realised he missed what he had when he let it go

Depends how trustworthy he proves himself to be! Only time will tell you this. If you really want to get back together, give him a chance. Don't throw his past mistakes in his face at every opportunity either. You'll soon know if it's going to work.

you need to see how you feel about him and whether you want to give him a second chance
it sounds like he really wants you though and he is trying to prove it you in any way he can

You may never be able to trust him again. Sounds to me like it may be better moving on - what kind of a life will it be for him never mind you when he goes out with his friends and you're sitting at home wondering where he is, who he is with etc etc you'll drive yourself crazy!!

i'm sorry to have to tell you that you'll never trust him. you'll always be sceptical. because the one whi lied once could lie more and more. that's what i really think. my ex lied to me and i'll never ever get back to him. beeing honest is the most important thing.
anyway, it's up to you to decide. it's your life.
