Whenever you can make the time and committment to keep exercising! The jury is still out on time of day- the fact that you DO exercise is what's important. Some studies show splitting sessions into two per day is just as effective for overall fitness as one long session.
Just do it!

Hey there well i suggest its better to exercise in the mourning cause i do all the time and it helped me lose 1o pounds in 2 weeks sooo thats better to do!:D

It's different for different people........ most people it is best in the AM and some people love PM...... it depends on what works best with your body....... some people can't get to sleep if they workout at night...... try both ways and see what your body prefers....
