Too difficult to say from limited info, numbness is normally related to pinched or damaged nerves. Could also be related to blood flow, if numbness continues consider a dopler study to verify proper blood flow in your extremities.

See another doctor. Numbness isn't normal. Unless it's over a callus. (thickened areas of skin over soles of foot)

You need to talk to a Dr. that will help you understand what happened.
Your Family Practitioner should have suggested some avenues. Blood tests for one. There are many different reasons it could have happened.
But, I would not leave the diagnosis to your friends here at Y!A. You really need to get in to another Dr.
Good luck Hon.

Hey, if i were you i would seek a second opinion immediately from another doctor from a different hospital that is. I wouldn't want to comment on your illness because i'm not a doctor, but my advice to you is, don't play down anything it's always to be safe than sorry dear.

Stop the vitamins, especially A and E. They actually shorten your life. Eat better food.

Go to another doctor.

Numbfootitis. Your doctor should have performed an immediate amputation. It will spread and before long will turn into numblegitis, and you don't want that.

Hypochondria? Get a second opinion. People here can't diagnose it properly when they can't examine you properly
