That is so great, I'm happy for you two. Celebrate by doing something strange.....my husband and I did....We just got home and (he lived near Sea World) so we heard the fireworks going off and we ran outside half naked and watched the fireworks froms SeaWorld and he said, see what a poor man can get ya (not his words, but it was close.)
Anyways he had to walk me back to his place since I was half naked........my top fell off running after the fireworks so that was the half naked part......we were so close though and anything else is too far apart.........make it something meaningful or thrill seeking to get her heart pumping. There is nothing like walking through San Diego without a bra....that is such trust in him.

Id try something fun! Think about your personal style! Go to a theme park and ride rides, eat funnel cake, play games, and win prizes! Could be lots of fun!! But thats if youre some where warm

what do enjoy doing together? plan it and make it special, it can be something as simple as a romantic walk, or as extravagant as a hotel for the night for the two of you! candle lit dinner is a cliche but it works, as are candle lit rose petal filled baths but that doesnt make them any less special! have fun go with the flow and i hope you enjoy your next year together!

book a hotel room, sprinkle rose petals on the bed, have champagne and dinner on the table... preferably with aerial view of the city too... it's always nice to make it memorable so you two will still talk about it years to come.
