I have a garage with an inside door, so I often just drive down to McDonalds or whatever naked.
Is there any law about this? If I get strange looks I just put an empty Wendy's bag over my penis so people aren't offended.

It is illegal if someone in the general public (like the person at MacD's sees your nakedness, or if a policeman stopped you for some reason and needed for you to get out of the car, or even HE had to see you while doing his duty.

Illegal or not, for most of us, it's really not a good idea. The average person naked is not a pretty sight.
