The as/400 or iseries isn't that complex but it does take some time getting use to it. If you don't have experience why would you want a job working on it? It is far easier to find other IT positions.

The as400 is good for number crunching and databases. You can also have network windows servers in it (basically a blade server). There aren't that many out here and jobs are hard to find.

To best of my knowledge, AS 400 is very complex system as compared to PC based systems.

Job market for this is very small, but good news is it is located in US.

AS/400 is a huge database, and u wont be having appropriate hardware to manage it.
Better is that u start studying and get into a job.
u need to work hard, but it will be fruitful

The AS400 is a 'mini mainframe' style computer. Not a common computer for people to learn, and I'm not sure of the job market it it's worth-while.

you can search in jobs site and you do othher job in which you have experience.no,you can not do this?
