Hi Pretty, I think our prays would be the strongest. Bush is a tough president but i don't think he is as tough as GOD himself. I really don't know the answer to why the people who have the power to pray have the hardest life. Wait,i take that back. He wants us to know that we are his followers and would pick him to walk in the light of heaven with him. So we much have the harders lifes and show our GOD we are loyal followers. I hope that makes since.. A Friend.

It depends on your definition of a "hard life." I read a study once in college (and I'm sorry I can't find the source to cite it) that said that the "middle class" in some third world countries have less money and fewer opportunities than the poorest of the poor in the US, but that the poor in the US had more mental and interpersonal problems, whereas the poor in other countries had some kind of grounding in community, in family, or in religion that kept them sane. It's the people who have everything but those things who have the hardest lives.

God wants us to be humble. Some day we that have the hardest lives, that are born again Christians will be rewarded with the kingdom of God. Our prayers do get answered. No offense but Bush is an @ss.

Do you say that powerless people have prayer and people with power don't pray? If so, I think you are more right then wrong.
Does it seem that prayer has no power? If So, I think it only seems that way.
I believe in the power of Prayer.
Who can say that it was not the power of the prayers of the powerless that finally brought down Saddam Hussein. For how many years have powerless people in Iraq pleaded for this in their prayers.
The problem is we humans mostly stop praying when we gain power.

I think 'pray' is stronger than Bush, but first we should think why we have to suffer Bush? I think either there is some fault in us that we are put to a test of tolerating him or we are being tested by the way by God !
I believe, The more you are pure and close to God, the more you are tested !!!

The reason that believers go through rough times while non believers seem to have a pretty good life is, the non believers are living for the world and the devil runs this earth. We will receive our rewards in Heaven. I would much rather wait until then to get my rewards because, life is short and living for this world in the end, gets you nowhere. Heaven is eternal and I would rather have my rewards for an eternity. By the way, prayer is stronger than any man.

I'm having a hard time understanding your question, but to the best of my ability I will say: What you said is not true. The people that only have prayer are the most joyous and successful people in life. The people that CLAIM to have God and prayer and are homeless and on drugs are not truthful with themselves and others, and are therefore not receiving the grace that is there for all of us!

The reason is people who pray wait for what they pray for to happen.
Those that don't pray get off there a$$ and go do it.
It's simple. Most Witches will tell you that they don't pray or cast magick for something to be laid in their lap with no effort. They pray for assistance while they actively do the job themselves.

I like bush, as long as it's trimmed... oh, did you mean the president? No, I don't much like him. ;-)
I do pray, both in good times and bad. Sometimes my life has been hard but, what doesn't kill me makes me stronger.
