Yes he's forgiven.

No he was not forgiven. Jesus referred to Judas as "the son of destrction." (John 17:12)
Judas deliberately betrayed the Son of God and that made him subject to eternal destruction--meaning he would not get a resurrection--ever. There is a sin that cannot be forgiven. It is recorded at Matthew 12:32. It says: "For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come." His deliberate treachurous act reflected his sin against the holy spirit.

Jesus uttered judgement against Judas Iscariot by calling him the son of destruction and so the ransom would not apply to him because his destruction was a judicially established judgment. (John 17:12)

good question. Judas did full fill the Scriptures and Jesus prophesy. So I believe Judas was blinded my the Devil but Jesus could have stopped him and his betrayal at anytime.
So I think Judas went temp. insane and after the betrayal his grief plus probably the Devil put him out of his mind and thus he hung himself. I do not think God will condemn such a person but judge everyone by what is in their heart. Only God knows who will end up in Heaven or Hell

Judas revered Jesus. Does your Bible not specially mention that he was the most devoted disciple and the surprise of the others when Jesus stated that Judas would betray him? Judas had to betray Jesus because none of the rest would have been strong enough to do this job. After the event Judas cracked from the strain. He sacrficed both himself and his beloved Lord and Master, the one person most important to him so that You could be saved. You ingrates should be honouring Judas above all other Saints.

Judas was never a true believer or he would not have done what he did. Judas' betrayal was necessary to fulfill what had to be done. Christ came to earth knowing that he must die for our sins. Judas was remorseful about his action but instead of asking for forgiveness he committed suicide, therefor he died unforgiven and is in hell.

No.
Judas ' sinned against the spirit'.
(Matthew 12:31-32) “On this account I say to YOU, Every sort of sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the spirit will not be forgiven. 32 For example, whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but whoever speaks against the holy spirit, it will not be forgiven him, no, not in this system of things nor in that to come.

(Luke 12:10) And everyone that says a word against the Son of man, it will be forgiven him; but he that blasphemes against the holy spirit will not be forgiven it.

Judas knew who Jesus WAS. The son of God.
What he did WAS a sin against the Spirit of God.

In order to believe that Jesus Christ would be raised for the dead he would have had to stick around. Judas didn't so I don't think he will be in the kingdom of heaven.

Now it's known that Judas didn't betray Jesus as the Bible inspired by angels and written by men made you all Christians believe...

If your question is serious, then here is my take. I think he felt like crap for doing it. And He begged, and begged for forgivness for his sin against God. I also believe he was granted forgiveness. If he couldn't be forgiven for what he did, than none of us could or can be forgiven for our sins against God.
