Because it`s a passionate moment...feelings are involved...your eyes donot contribute to the enhancement of these feelings... they might obstruct to these feelings...it`s a moment when feelings rule over everything...so Lovers close their eyes when they kiss...
Eyes open means like feeling down to earth and eyes closed being in heaven...

Because it makes it more sensual. If the lovers' eyes are open they can look around which is rude or stare directly at each other which is uncomfortable. Closing eyes focuses their attention on each other and the feel of their lips together. How romantic!

because.. it is rude to stare at the other party while kissing. plus, it's really odd to stare and above all, opening your eyes and kissing at the same time will not give you the same passion and enjoyment as when you close your eyes while kissing

its uncomfortable looking directly into someones eyes when you kiss them cuz you go close to they re face and it is kinda creepy. lol
