If you were just bonded out on a misdemeanor and then moved to another state, could the other state extradicte you back to their state for a hearing? What are the levels and rules when another state can come and pick you up from the other state to stand trial?

If you were bonded out by a bail bonds service they will come after you unless the cost of locating you and bringing you back cost more then the bond itself. Otherwise the court will put out a warrant for your arrest but probably won't actively look for you. If you get pulled over any where in the country the warrant will appear and they may or may not arrest you. It all depends on again whether or not it's worth the cost and effort to bring you back. It depends on your crime and what your bond was.

Yes, the second state could extradite you but only if the original state asks them to. For a misdemeanor they probally won't spend the time or money to track you down,

haven't heard of many extraditions on misdemeanors, keep yer nose clean and ya can almost forget about it, if picked up in new area a warrant may come up, they'll consider distance, maybe hold where ya are til fines pd
