I am looking for a 37" - 42" HDTV I will be connecting a PS3 and a Sky HD to the Tv.

Go for LCD TV (from Sharp), and make sure it supports 1920x1080 display resolution to get the best picture quality out from your blue-ray device in PS3 ...... you can tell the difference in seconds when you start playing your PS3 game ......

I've got the Samsung LE40R74BDX 40" LCD from www.tribaluk.com. It's superb! Everything you want in a TV. I got it for £819 (£1199 in comet) but just looked for you and it's down to £761.
