Objects (mass) cannot travel at the speed of light,
even relative to each other.
Consequently, this question has no meaning.
This was one of the major outcomes of Einstein's
theories of general relativity: The speed of light
is absolute for mass: You can't go that fast.
FYI, yes, matter can be created and destroyed.
It is created with fusion from energy (E=MC^2).
This happens in stars all the time.
It can be destroyed with fision (releasing energy,
again E=MC^2), which happens in nuclear
bombs and reactors.
And where does E=MC^2 come from? Yup,
good old Albert Einstein. Busy dude.

everything that you can ee are matters... when 2 OBJECTS collide... do you think taht object is not a matter... of course a matter will be created because the originl materials are matter. It is just like combining hydrogen and oxygen to form water....

I was under the impression that nuclear fission and fusion didn't destroy matter, but rearranged it; in fission, an atom splits and energy is released; in fusion, two atoms are combined and ernergy is released. However, won't matter and antimatter annihilate each other on contact? Or is that just another kind of rearrangenment?

Matter, of which energy is a form of, can neither be created nor destroyed. This is the law of conservation of mass. God didn't create the Universe out of nothing. He used the materials at hand and "organized" the Universe out of existing elements that are as eternal as He is. All spirit is matter. There is no such thing as immaterial matter. Spirit is just more refined matter that cannot be seen by the mortal eye which is made of crude matter.

can't create matter nor destroy it, for it only changes forms through energy.
