its been a month since we broke up ....she is outta my ming ...but she keeps playing in my subconsious mind ....... actually she betrayed me so i have every reason to hate her ....nd i do ..... but then why do i dream of her ???
last night i dreamt that we are again back together in oue relationship as if nothing was wrong .....
how do i get her outta my head ....plzz help me

Maybe she is outta your mind but have you forgive her yet? to whatever she had done wrong to you. Like you said, we can't blame you for hating her because shes the one who messed up. But are you just gonna hate her forever. Instead, just forgive her then forget... Trust me, you will forget her totally if you just forgive.... so then, you can move on....Good Luck! ^,^
