I had the same problem a number of years ago and was told I needed glasses, which I always wear now when looking at PCs and televisions, so why could they be getting so dry agian.
Any tips on how to deal with it are most welcome
thanks

If you are still using the computer a lot eye drops or eye washes are good, they refresh your eyes and make them feel really clean and cool! Is the area you are in dusty? As you had glasses and this worked, you might need different lenses, or sometimes dry eyes can be the first sign of an eye infection like conjunctivitis (sp?) or something like that. If it carries on, go and have a word with the doc / pharmacist or optician to test your eyes again. Good luck, I have had this before it's really annoying!

You didn't specify where you live, but if you reside in the US, then try "Refresh Liquigel" drops. Instead of being just liquid saline type drops, the fluid is a little thicker and gel-like so that it coats your eyes. It feels wonderful!!!

I suffer with chronic dry eyes and it's the only thing that seems to help me. I sympathize with you for sure; it sucks! Here's the website to the drops I suggest. It even shows a picture so you know what to look for.
