mine does that too. so does my mom's. i went to a podiatrist and he did some xrays and told me i have flat feet (my mom doesn't though), and that as long as it doesn't hurt it's fine. so if it's not hurting you, don't worry about it. if it is, go to a podiatrist and see what they think. even if it's not hurting, if it's bothering you, get it checked out. easy enough.
