im pretty sure if you did/do she will be rather embarassed and find that you will end up embarassed aswell... unless you are certain she feels this way for you too i wouldnt make a move or express your feelings at all towards her. i know it might be 'hard' to 'keep it in your pants' when you see her, or are around her, but you need to learn Self Control. Sounds ot mel ike you only think shes hott and that shed be good in bed, not that you know anything else about her - like her personality, where she works, what her previous jobs were, what her husband/ex husband was like, where she grew up, what things she likes.. more likely than other she will be into alot more mature things than you, and to me the thought of you having SEX (or the likes) with your best friend mom is gross - dude when she was giving birth to HIM most likely you were being born too somewhere else..
