drink more water. eat small healthy snacks in between meals. when you eat your meals, make sure to fill your plate with plenty of veggies. they're low cal and filling.

Do you feel hungry all the time or did it start after the diet. If it has always been a problem for you have a Dr check out your thyroid and blood sugar. Thyroid problems can cause ppl to feel hungry when they are not. If its becuse you limited your food intake for the diet try something filling to eat as a snack. apples and crackers are very good foods to eat they are filling and dont add many caloried. you could also try some of the nutrional drinks like ensure or even slim fast. They do keep you full and give you nutrients that you might be missing from the diet. Alos like someone else said drink water, Drink a full glass of water before your meal. they make the army do it in basic training ...it helps you not eat as much and feel fuller,,

Target to eat no more then 2500 calories a day. Divide that into 6 meals at 415 calories each. Meals should be high in protein and low in carbs and fat. Space your meals evenly so that you are eating a meal like every 2-3 hours. Get 5 servings of Vegs daily and take a multi vitamin. Eat Fish at least 3 times a week or take Omega 3 Tablets if your not a fish eater. Stay away from salts, and deep fried foods.
Wake up 1 hour earlier then you normally do. Take a walk or do exercise that first hour of the day before your first meal. This should help set your appetite for the rest of the day.

you can do it two ways :- (1) Consult a doctor for more information and the correct weight loss programme for you (2) Try to eat wholemeal bread or food with fibre so as to suppress the hunger, drink water and eat plenty of fruits and not forgetting to exercise at least 30 mins a day. Good Luck.

There is nothing wrong with eat!! the problem is what you eat .the best way to lose weight is to eat 6 -8 times a day. but you must eat small meals, and health meals and snacks & work out . even if you just start walking every day . you will see a deffertes in you body. I lose 55 pound by doing what i am telling you to do.

before eating, drink lots of water and do not fill your plate with food especially those fatty foods and do not always think of food, it will make you more hungry and make your self busy by doing other stuff because if you will do nothing there's a big possibility that you will eat more

eat 5 small meals a day....the 1st one containing most carbs...with plenty greens in all 5..and the snacks that was suggested, try to make it carrots or somethinglike that..not chocolates and chips..and run....
