The maximum lenght for any religous text is the Mahabharatha followed by the Ramayana , both Hindu texts & more than 4,000 years old.
The Koran has 6,666 verses , pls note that 666 is the sign of the Devil as per Bible - maybe this is the reason why Christians & Muslims keep fighting.

The Qur'an is not the purest book -- it is the purest bunk. It contains errors, so any claim that it is god-given must fail. As for the bible, there are at least two different versions, with different numbers of books; the one used by the Catholic Church has something like four additional books. The bible has even less claim to credibility than does the Qur'an -- it contains hundreds of errors. The total number of verses in either version is of no interest.

66 books compile the Bible. 6,666 verses compile the Quran? And, 666 is the number of "Satan". Common theme, huh?

I'd take a look at all those sixes you got there, especially the last three. That is the mark of the beast.
