Eat a balanced diet including the recommended 5 portions of fruit and veg daily. Make regular visits to the hairdresser's and have the ends trimmed every 6 weeks.
My hairdresser recommended always following washing with a good conditioner, but use it sparingly - (she said most people use too much and this can cause problem hair) - no more than would cover a 10 pence piece - spread over the hands and then smooth over all the hair as though you are washing it.

Don't use cheap products - try using salon brands instead or products you can buy on places like HQ Hair or Look Fantastic. For years I have been trying to get perfect hair and have found that buying better quality brands will give you better results!
