Two sentences. Two problems.
First of all... 5kg a week? Are you kidding? You didn't gain it at that rate, why would you think you could lose it at that rate? Imagine what losing 10% of your body weight in two weeks would do to your body! That's a lot of stress.
Second... you DO have time to exercise. If you make it a priority, then you can do it. It just takes 30 minutes, 3 times a week. You can throw a treadmill/jogging trampoline in front of your TV if you have to, but you DO have 90 minutes per week of downtime that you can use to exercise - you just have to look for it.

There's always time to exercise. Even if it's just doing leg lifts under your desk.
To diet fast... cut out ALL processed food. Eat only:
Fresh fruit and vegetables (if you're too busy to cook, try the Bird's Eye Streamfesh veggies)
Skinless chicken breast & white fish (grilled with no oil or butter)
Limited amounts of wholegrains (nothing made from white flour, eg: white bread or pasta)
If you're dying for a snack, most large supermarkets stock organic rice cakes, they're filling and usually only have 20-30 calories a slice.

Apart from not eating all together (and even then I don't think you can loose that amount of weight in a week) there is not other diet that I know of. But beware apart from ruining your metabolism, you will put all the weight back on (and more) the moment you start eating normally again. You should not loose more than 1/2 to 1 kilo at the most per week.

Unless you are obese that is an unhealthy amount of weight to lose in a week. You could only do it by half starving yourself, which will make you ill and slow your metabolism right down. So the second you eat normally you will just put it back on. Everyone has time to exercise, just go for a wander. Don't eat after 7pm, drink loads of water eat loads of veg and fruit and cut out booze and you will lose weight naturally and healthily
