Yom = יום = day
Rishon = ראשון = sunday (or first in Hebrew, because the week in Israel starts on sunday... Saturday being the day of rest)
Sheni = שני = monday (or second)
Shlishi = שלישי = tuesday (=third)
Reviee = רביעי = Wed (=fourth)
Chamishi = חמישי = Thurs (= fifth)
Shishi = שישי = Fri (=sixth)
Shabat = שבת = Saturday = Sabbat

when telling the day u say Yom Rishon, yom sheni etc...

yom rishon is Sunday
yom sheni is Monday
yom shlishi is Tuesday
yom reviee is Wednesday
yom hamishi (chamishi) is Thursday
yom shishi is Friday
yom shabat is Saturday
* you don't necessarily need to say yom

And the 'Ch' in Chamishi = חמישי = Thurs (= fifth) is a Guttural sound like the German "Bach"or Scottish "Loch"
