uhh..is the female your girl? if not then she has a reason to be annoyed, she feels sexually harassed.
in my opinion, girls should be treated with more respect. generally, you dont seduce a girl in public. do it behind close doors and youll know her sex drive.

Well it depends on the public place and how much rubbing is going on it might be inappropriate that is why the girl get annoyed
And by the way girls do have sex drives they just don't let it get the better of them
