if i told a girl that i like her...but she doesnt show much interest....would she appreciated if i just told her i wanna be friends?

No. That would be lying. If she took you up on the offer to "just be friends," you could go along with it but she would eventually be able to tell that YEP, you want more.
I've been turned down too. It sucks, it's humbling, but overall, it's a really good thing to have to go through. Better to be a humble guy than a cocky one.

and im in the same boat!!!
and ur at a turning point!! if you tell her u just want to be friends then the relationship idea to her is out the window and ur stuck just as the friend. but if u try the relationship then she might pass on the friendship idea. what i am doing is not laying on too strong the relationship idea.
but its a tricky situation.

Yes, I think she would.....Maybe she likes you but she doesn't know how to show it.
