The muscles after you weightrain are breaking down. Thats how they get bigger is when they build themselves back up. You should have muscle fatigue after workouts and some guys train until complete muscle failure. What you Can do is drink a great protein shake after your workout to replenish your muscles.

NEVER go from a hardcore cardio (or any other) workout to just stopping. Drink water to keep yourself hydrated and slowly take it down a few notches, like if you go for a run for a mile, make sure you walk for a quarter of that afterwayrds. Good luck! ^_^

take 20-40 grams whey protein mixed w/ 5 grams L-glutamine powder and drink plenty of water and get alot of sleep
